One of Eureka Springs' first motor courts, the Tradewinds has been a favorite lodging establishment for generations. The main structure built in the 1970s includes a 2BR/2BA owner's residence with a living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. There are five 1BR/1BA guest suites and one 2BR/1BA suite with a living area and kitchenette. Two detached cottages that were part of the original motor court have been remodeled -- one has a kitchen and is currently rented monthly, the other cottage is a nightly rental. There is a break room and coin operated laundry in the main building for guests and several outdoor seating areas. An in ground swimming pool with a concrete patio and a pavilion is a great place to relax and entertain. The property is zoned C-2 commercial and has off-street parking. There is a 860 sq. ft. walkout basement with a concrete floor for storage and a workshop. TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award from 2015 thru 2021. A trolley station with visitor information is located next door.
